On September 13, 2022, the founder of Khazar University, the chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, full member of the Georgian National Academy of Sciences, professor Hamlet Isakhanli and its rector, associate professor Irada Khalilova, visited the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry.

The guests met with Professor Alovsat Guliyev, the director general of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry, and Sultan Huseynova, the scientific secretary of the Institute, and discussed issues of cooperation. Professor A. Guliyev informed about the activity of the Institute and noted the importance of cooperation in a number of important directions.

H.Isakhanli emphasized the importance of cooperation in areas of mutual interest and participation in joint multidisciplinary projects. He noted that future cooperation with Khazar University and the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry will bring beneficial results for both scientists and students. It was decided to hold the next meeting between the parties at Khazar University.
