On June 26-30,2022, the team of Azerbaijani educators made a business trip to Poland within the Erasmus+ ECAR "Establishment of Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan" project lead by Baku Business University. Khazar University was represented by Fakhranda Alimardanova, Dean of the School of  Science and Engineering, and Elza Samadova, Dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences.

The visit started on June 26, 2022, at University of Warsaw. Rector of University of Warsaw, A.Nowak delivered a welcoming speech and presentation. Then, rector M.Zasada, Vice-President of Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland (CRASP), delivered speech about governance of Polish higher education system and the role of CRASP within Polish education system. After that, rector A.Mezyk, Crasp President, spoke about legal form of CRASP and CRASP in law on higher education, the role of its Secretariat and priority areas of its activity for 2020-2024.

On June 27, 2022, after Q&A session related to the topics presented on the previous day/the first day of the conference, Prof H.Kowalski , Director of the University of Warsaw Museum organized campus study visit for the visitors.

On June 28, 2022, rector and CRASP Vise-President M.Zasadaand Prof. M.Palys CRASP President representative European Networks of Universities Group, EUA Board member and President of the National Council for Science and HE talked about CRASP European relations. 

On June 29, 2022, visitors met at AGH University of Science and Technology. After welcome speech of the rector of the host university Prof.J.Lis, Vice-Rector for Coorperation prof. RafaiWisniowski delivered presentation of cooperation of AGH with Azerbaijani HEIs. Conference continued with the Q&A session related to the presented topics and campus study visits.

On the last day of the conference, on June 30, 2022, Dr. OrsolyaHeuer, legal secretary Hungarian Rectors’ Conference, spoke about Hungarian Rectors Conference and their role in development of HEIs in Hungary.
