On May 20, 2022, Nilufar Alizadeh, the lecturer and doctoral student at Khazar University, participated in a training on "Dialectical Behavioral Therapy: Techniques and Strategies" organized by the American Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Association and conducted by Dr. Scott Waltman, Head of Psychology at Rutgers University and received a certificate. It should be noted that the training and certification is supported and recognized by the American Psychologists Association's "Continuing Education of Psychologists" program.

After sharing the results of research on the 4 fundamental stages of dialectical behavior therapy, the techniques that a psychotherapist can use in different situations were demonstrated in a practical way.
