The head of the Department of History and Archeology, Associate Professor Telman Nusratoglu's book “South Caucasus Reports of Ottoman Foreign Ministry (1852-1914)" was published in "Berikan Publishing House" in Ankara.

In this work, published with the support of the Baku Yunus EmreInstitute, the author for the first time studied the activities of the Ottoman diplomatic mission in the South Caucasus by conducting research in the Ottoman archives.
