Rovshan Abbasov, Head of Khazar University's Department of Geography and Environment, selected a finalist of the University Administration Support Program (UASP) organized by the International Research Exchange Board (İREX).

According to the terms of the program, Rovshan Abbasov will be a visiting professor at Florida State University from February 1 to March 1. As part of this program, he will exchange experiences with Florida State University staff and make several presentations. Rovshan Abbasov will also collect information on the research management mechanism at this university.
