On December 27, 2019, three Master's students from Khazar University Department of Education defended their theses. Narmin Elchin gizi Zari, a master student majoring in Education Management, successfully defended her thesis on “The American Model Proposition for the Management of Education of Children with Disabilities in Azerbaijan" under the supervision of Professor Pirali Aliyev.

Under the supervision of Elsa Samadov, Associate Professor in History and Theory of Pedagogy, Gunay Ajdar gizi Gadimova, defended her master thesis on “The Formation Level of Four Languages Skills in English textbook of 11th Grade”, and Sabina Ingilab gizi Aslanova defended master thesis on “Level of Realization of Values in 4th grade Life Science Curriculum and Textbook”. Thesis Defense Commission members included Professor Pirali Aliyev, PhD Afet Suleymanova, Dr. Bahman Amani, Associate Professor Elza Samedli, Associate Professor Isakhan Isakhanli, as well as external experts and reviewers such as Associate Professor Ulviyya Makayilova (ADA University), Gulbeniz Jamalova (ASU), and Elnura Azizova (Theology Institute) were also involved.
