Dr. Razia Isaeva, Rector of Khazar University, met with Prof. Dr. László Trócsányi, Rector of Károli Gáspár University of Hungary, on September 3, 2026.

During the meeting, a broad exchange of views was held on further developing the existing cooperation between the two universities, carrying out joint academic and scientific initiatives, as well as identifying new directions for cooperation.

One of the main highlights of the meeting was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Khazar University and Károli Gáspár University. The memorandum creates an important framework for expanding academic and scientific cooperation between the two higher education institutions, carrying out joint projects, and developing research and academic exchange opportunities.

The meeting also discussed the preparation process for the "6th International Conference on Language, Literature, and Philosophy of Linguistics," planned to be held on the topic of linguistics and artificial intelligence. The parties reviewed the organizational and academic aspects of the conference, as well as opportunities for expanding cooperation in this direction in the future.

Alongside this, prospects for cooperation in the fields of psychology, international relations, and political science were also discussed. The parties noted that there are broad opportunities for conducting joint scientific research, organizing international conferences and seminars, academic exchange, and carrying out other joint initiatives.
