On August 31, 2026, Rector of Khazar University, Dr. Razia Isayeva, and Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy, Dr. Orkhan Valiyev, held a meeting with BP’s Vice President and Regional Vice President for the Caspian Region, Associate Professor Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli.

During the meeting, the participants discussed potential areas of cooperation between BP Azerbaijan and Khazar University, the implementation of joint projects, and opportunities for the University to participate as an Implementing Partner in various social, educational, and public projects of BP.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Rector Dr. Razia Isayeva presented a commemorative gift on behalf of Khazar University to BP Vice President, Associate Professor Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli.

The meeting was marked by a fruitful exchange of ideas and served as a valuable opportunity to explore new avenues for developing future cooperation between BP Azerbaijan and Khazar University.
