On December 20, 2019, an opening ceremony of the “Teaching-Learning and Resource Center” established within the framework of the Erasmus + project of “Improving Teaching and Learning in Azerbaijan Universities” (PETRA), was held at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (ASPU). ASPU leadership, Parviz Bagirov, Head of National ERASMUS+ office, and Raziya Isayeva, Director of Khazar University Development Center, attended the opening ceremony.

Delivering his opening statement, Jafar Jafarov, Rector of the University, welcomed the guests and gave information about the Center and wished them success in its work.

At the opening, the guests spoke about the successful participation of Azerbaijani universities in international projects, the importance of projects and achievements, and noted that the introduction of European experience in Azerbaijan has a positive impact on the quality of education in our universities.
