On December 6, 2019, School of Economics and Management successfully realized a workshop on the “Financial Market Operations”. The workshop was led by the experts from “Invest-Az Investment Company” Ltd. The aim of the event was to increase awareness about financial markets, to broaden students’ knowledge and to equip students with practical skills.

During the workshop, insightful information was provided on Stock Exchange Markets and its different types. Additionally, specific topics such as the method of gaining profit using financial assets, marginal trade and credit shoulder were explained. Furthermore, widely used computer software that is dominant in the financial sector was taught to students with practical exercises. Trainers also discussed socio-economic and political factors that affect financial markets.
