On May 16, 2017, the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, PhD Melek Karimova participated in the seminar entitled "Let us keep alive and develop our spiritual unity", organized by the State Support Council to Non-Governmental Organizations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Philosophical Enlightenment Association. The seminar, organized by Professor Adil Asadov, Head of the Aesthetics Department of the Philosophy Institute of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and the Chairman of the Philosophical Enlightenment Association, continued with interesting discussions on the protection of national and moral values. M. Karimova joined the discussions on the issue and put forward some suggestions.
