On June 1, 2016, International Day of Children’s Protection was celebrated with an art exhibition and concert at Khazar University’s affiliate Dunya School. Students made speeches and performed dances in the event, which took place with the participation of students, parents, teachers and Aghali Abrahimov, People’s Artist and Chairman of the Artists’ Union.

After the event, Agheli Ibrahimov gave an interview for the Department of Public Relations and Media at the school, commenting on students’ artwork and especially noting their patriotic-themed pieces, which he said would play a role in their cultural upbringing. The artist named the exhibition “World of Art.” He said he was pleased to see the conditions for students’ well-rounded development at Dunya School.
