On May 10, 2022, Khazar University Development Center hosted another series of seminars "Alumni Talk." The guest speaker of the seminar was Mustafa Abbasbayli, who studied law at Khazar and is currently the Chairman of the Board of the State Employment Agency.

Raziya Isayeva, Head of the Development Center, opened the seminar with the participation of university staff and students and introduced Mustafa Abbasbayli. In his speech, Mustafa Abbasbeyli spoke about his life, the knowledge and experience he gained while studying at Khazar University, the interesting events that happened to him, his successes in business and its reasons.

Then Mustafa Abbasbayli answered the questions and gave his recommendations to the students.

The event ended with Khazar University Rector Irada Khalilova thanking Mustafa Abbasbayli and the participants.
