Deputy Editor-in-Chief of “Khazar Khabar” magazine, Honored Journalist Alirza Balayev took part in a meeting with prominent director, People's Artist Ogtay Mirgasimov on April 18, 2022 at the Azerbaijan Creativity Foundation.

Opening the meeting attended by the country's intellectuals and cultural workers, the deputy chairman of the foundation, honored cultural worker Rafig Kashanli gave detailed information about Ogtay Mirgasimov's cinematography. Speakers, including A.Balayev, spoke about the director's successful work in the field of documentaries and feature films, and expressed their views.

Then Ogtay Mirgasimov answered the questions of the participants and touched upon the current problems of Azerbaijani cinema.
