On April 15, 2022, Khazar University hosted an event to mark the 75th anniversary of the birth of Associate Professor Roza Arazova, Doctor of Philosophy in History, the lecturer in the Department of History and Archeology, the member of the editorial board of the university's “Azerbaijan Archeology” magazine. The event was attended by university administration, deans, heads of departments and heads of centers.

Rector Irada Khalilova noted in her speech that Roza Arazova has been working since the establishment of the university, was the head of the Department of History and Archeology for many years and still continues to work as a teacher. Over the years, she has devoted his knowledge, pedagogical skills to the training of highly qualified personnel, and today she does not spare her efforts in this area. The rector presented a bouquet of flowers and a gift to Roza Arazova and wished her good health, long life and success in her work. Other speakers also expressed their heartfelt words about her. On the same day, Roza Arazova's anniversary was celebrated at the Department of History and Archeology with the participation of the head of the department Telman Nusratoglu, staff members and teachers.
