Doctoral students pursuing their PhD at high-ranking foreign universities under the tripartite agreement with the Ministry of Education and Khazar University held seminars within the framework of the program “Doctoral Education Abroad to Increase the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023”.
During this month three seminars were held accordingly on 18th,23rd and 25th of February: a seminar entitled "Stem Cells: Myths and Reality" by Inci Shikhaliyeva, a doctoral student of Istanbul University, a seminar on "Nanotechnology and acquaintance with nanoscale physics" by Madina Guliyeva, a doctoral student of University College London in the United Kingdom, a seminar on "Artificial Intelligence Systems: Data Quality and Bias" by Gunay Kazimzadeh, a doctoral student of Technical University of Germany.
The online seminars were attended by students and staff members from both Khazar University and other universities. After the reports, questions were answered and extensive discussions were held.
