On February 28, 2026, at Khazar University, President of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Acad. Isa Habibbeyli, presented the badge “80th Anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (1945–2025)” to the founder of the university and Chair of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli. H. Isakhanli expressed his gratitude for the award.
