On May 23, 2025, Dr. Sevinj Gambarova, coordinator of the Languages Division of the Department of Languages and Literature at Khazar University, participated online in the international scientific conference "Global Challenges in Natural and Social Sciences" jointly organized by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ganja State University. Dr. Sevinj Gambarova delivered a presentation on "Modern Teacher Model" in the "Education" section of the conference and answered questions addressed to her.

The presenter noted that the innovations, changes and development observed in all fields in the modern world are evident not only in many concepts but also in classical professions and specializations. Specialists working in the teaching profession in the modern era must acquire many new skills and improve others, unlike classically trained teachers. In this way, they can operate as competitive personnel and contribute to the comprehensive development of the young generation. For this purpose, teachers are expected to constantly work on themselves to polish their intellect, engage in regular reading, and acquire technological knowledge and skills.
