Khazar University Faculty Member Appointed Director of Institute of Folklore

Dr. Hikmat Guliyev, Doctor of Philological Sciences and faculty member of the Department of Languages and Literature at Khazar University, has been appointed Director of the Institute of Folklore at ANAS (Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences). Dr. Guliyev is the author of 6 books and nearly 60 scientific articles published both domestically and internationally and has participated in numerous international conferences. His articles on Internet folklore have been published in journals indexed in international databases (Web of Science, Scopus, etc.).

Dr. Hikmat Guliyev has been collaborating with the Department of Languages and Literature at Khazar University since the 2023-24 academic year.
