An article titled "Azerbaijan as an Emerging Middle Power after the 44-Day War and Reshaping the Foreign Policy" by Prof. Rovshan Ibrahimov, faculty member of Khazar University's Department of Political Science and Philosophy and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (South Korea), has been published in "Caucasus Strategic Perspectives" journal (Volume 5, No. 2, 2024).

It should be noted that "Caucasus Strategic Perspectives" is an academic journal on foreign and security policy and has been published biannually by the Center of Analysis of International Relations since 2020.
