The monograph "Nationalism in Azerbaijan" (2020) by Associate Professor Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Political Science and Philosophy Department, based on his dissertation defended at Sakarya University's (Türkiye) Department of Political Science and Public Administration, has been translated into Persian and published in Iran (2024) under the same title by "Qalanyurd" Publishing House.

It should be noted that the monograph has been published twice in Turkey. This Persian edition was prepared based on the first publication of the monograph.

In the monograph, Associate Professor Valiyev investigates Azerbaijan's modernization, nation-building, and the establishment of the republic as its first modern state structure.
