On October 23-25, 2024, Khazar University hosted a delegation from Badr University in Cairo (BUC), Arab Republic of Egypt.

On October 23, the reception was held with the participation of Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University and chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees. The Badr University was represented by Dr. Ashraf Mohamed El-Shihy, the rector, and Prof. Dr. Hanan Mounib, vice-rector for International Relations and Foreign Affairs. As part of the program, the delegation from Badr University was given a tour of "Dunya" School. The meeting was attended by Rana Hasanova, director of "Dunya" IB School, Rashid Jafarov, deputy director for Organizational Affairs, and Zarifa Misirova, career counselor. After familiarizing themselves with the library and classrooms, they had an excursion to the Nailekhanim Museum.

On October 24, the reception was held with the participation of Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, founder of Khazar University and chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, rector, Prof. Muhammad Nuriyev, vice-rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Isakhan Isakhanli, vice-rector for Administrative and Student Affairs, faculty deans and department heads.

Khazar University staff provided detailed information about their respective schools and departments. Fatima Valiyeva, head of International Relations Department, gave a presentation about Khazar University.

Discussions were held on strengthening partnership and relations between Badr University and Khazar University, and an agreement was signed.

At the end of the meeting, gifts were exchanged and commemorative photos were taken.

The program concluded with a tour of Baku's landmarks, including the Heydar Aliyev Center, and a dinner for the guests.
