On May 11, 2025, students of Khazar University's School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, majoring in History Teaching (1st year) and History-Geography Teaching (3rd year), made an excursion to the Gobustan State Historical-Artistic Reserve under the guidance of Dr. Yagub Mammadov, instructor from the Department of History and Archaeology.

Dr. Yagub Mammadov provided the students with detailed information about the research on the Gobustan monument and its significance in the world. The hands-on acquaintance with the monument was received with great interest by the students.

It should be noted that familiarization with museums serves to reinforce the theoretical knowledge acquired by students, and this activity is organized regularly.
