On April 30, 2025, Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, delivered a speech at the event dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the Honored Scientist, academician Faramez Gazanfar oglu Magsudov. In his address, he shared his memories of the academician.
