On October 5, 2024, Dr. Elvin Abbasbeyli, a translation instructor at Khazar University's Department of English Language and Literature and coordinator of the "Translation Center," presented at the international scientific conference "AZLING 2024 - Azerbaijani Language and Modern Linguistics: Problems, Prospects, and Challenges" held in Neftchala city.

Dr. Abbasbeyli delivered a report on "The Past, Present, and Future of Interpretation: Current Situation in Azerbaijan" and answered questions from the participants.

During the conference, a collection of articles from the 2023 conference was presented. This collection includes Dr. Abbasbeyli's article titled "The Current State of Azerbaijani Literature Translation into French and Emerging Translation Issues."
