The joint article of Khazar University founder, chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, professor of the Department of Mathematics, academician Hamlet Isakhanli and professor of the same department Bilander Allahverdiyev entitled " Spectral expansion for impulsive dynamic Sturm-Liouville problems on the whole line " was published in "Filomat" journal (2024, Volume 38 , No. 9). Note that "Filomat" journal is indexed in "Web of Science" and "Scopus" databases.

The paper studies an impulsive dynamic Sturm-Liouville problem  on the interval (−∞,∞). A spectral matrix-valued function for this problem is obtained. Parseval equality and an eigenfunction expansion are given.
