On April 17-18, 2024, a meeting with the delegation of Erciyes University was held at Khazar University. The meeting was attended by Rector of Erciyes University Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, Director of Technology Research and Application Center Prof. Dr. Mustafa Soylak, founder of Khazar University, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, Vice-rector for Educational Affairs Mahammad Nuriyev, Vice-rector for Administration and Student Affairs Isakhan Isakhanli, faculty deans, heads of departments and coordinator of the Chemical Engineering Department Dr. Rasul Muradi participated online. The meeting started with the welcome speech of the founder of Khazar University, Prof. Acad.  Hamlet Isakhanli, and then the rector of Erciyes University, Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, provided  information on the overall activities of the university. Then, the head of the International Relations Department, Fatima Valiyeva, made a presentation about Khazar University.

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Soylak gave a presentation on Nano Bioanalytical Chemistry Center. After the speeches, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Khazar University and Erciyes University. Information was given about the nanotechnology laboratory, and Prof. Dr.  Mustafa Soylak met with the faculty and doctoral students of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering. At the end of the meeting, there was an exchange of gifts. The first day of the program ended with a city tour and dinner for the guests.

The next day, a tour to Dunya School was organized for the guests, where they got acquainted with the library, classrooms and laboratories, and then took part in an excursion to the Nailekhanim museum. During the visit to the Narimanov campus of Khazar University, the guests entered the classrooms and got acquainted with the teaching process.
