According to the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 18, 2024, the doctoral student of the Department of English Language and Literature of Khazar University Amina Anvar Safarzade was conferred the title of Doctor of Philosophy in Philology for her dissertation titled "Correlation of Word Order and Sentence Accent in Modern English," specializing in  5708.01 –  German languages. On April 5, 2024, the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan awarded him with a Doctor of Philosophy diploma.
