On March 6, 2024, Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University and chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, convened with the leadership team of "Elsevier," a prominent scientific publishing and data analytics company based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Participants included Khazar University's rector, Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, Ayhan Akanay Saracoghlu, Elsevier's accountant for Türkiye and Central Asia, Kivanch Chinar, managing director of Informascope, and Saide Sak, research analysis and support manager. During the meeting, detailed information about the SciVal and Digital Commons programs was provided, and discussions ensued.
