Article by Psychology Department Staff in "Journal of Education and Training Studies"

The article “Examining the Psychometric Properties of the Adolescent Students' Basic Psychological Needs at School Scale for the Azerbaijani Sample” co-authored by the lecturers of the Department of Psychology at Khazar University- PhD in psychology Maarif Mammadov, Anar Babayev and psychologist of Khazar Psychological Service Center Mirsadig Mukhtarov, was published in “Journal of Education and Training Studies”.

The article presents research on the "Adolescent Students' Basic Psychological Needs at School Scale (ASBPNSS)," aimed at assessing the psychological needs of school teenagers. It discusses the research and the results obtained in connection with standardization and adaptation for Azerbaijani schoolchildren. Thus, the psychometric properties of the scale were evaluated on 505 students between the ages of 12 and 17 and it was determined that it is suitable for use in Azerbaijan.

Note that "Journal of Education and Training Studies" is an international journal that has been published since 2013.
