Turkish Professor at Khazar University

On April 1, 2024, Turkish Prof. Ahmet Arslan convened with the faculty and students of Khazar University's Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy

Department Head Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, assistant and instructor Aydan Raufqizi, along with instructors Guljan Gulakhmed and Rahil Dadashli, as well as the deputy dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences Aygun Verdiyeva and the director of Public Relations and Media Alovsat Amirbeyli attended the meeting.

Alovsat Amirbeyli, the director of Public Relations and Media, greeted the guest and commenced the event. Throughout the discussion, topics ranging from Professor Ahmet Arslan's life experiences to the history of philosophy, the place and role of philosophy in modern times, relations between Azerbaijan and Türkiye were explored. Following the professor's address, questions from students were answered.

Following the meeting, a celebration was organized on behalf of Khazar University administration on the occasion of Prof. Ahmad Arslan's 80th anniversary, and Khazar University Rector Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova presented Prof. Ahmed Arslan with a special gift on behalf of Khazar University.

At the end of the event, memory photos were taken with the guest.
