On March 19, 2024, a traditional Nowruz celebration was held at Khazar University. Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University, chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, delivered a congratulatory speech during the event, extending his wishes to the university's staff and students and expressing hopes for their continued success.

The rector of Khazar University, Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, ignited the holiday bonfire and the Nowruz celebration began. Mehsati Jabbarova, vocal teacher of the university, performed songs. Students danced with great enthusiasm, had fun, and the Nowruz festivities concluded on a high note of cheerfulness.
