From March 4th to 7th, 2024, Adile Ozen and Pırlanta Gelani from Koç University in Istanbul, Türkiye, participated in the Erasmus+ Staff Exchange Program (Erasmus+ KA171) at Khazar University.
On the first day of the program, the chief accountant of Khazar University's Accounting Office, Laman Vurgun, accountant Taliya Huseynzade, director of the Finance Department, Nagi Bayramli, head of the International Relations Department, Fatima Valiyeva, and their coordinators, Arzu Badalova, Turan Alizade, and Ali Mirzazade, were introduced to the Turkish delegation.
Following the program's guidelines, Arzu Badalova led a brief campus tour for the guests to provide them with a closer look at Khazar University. The tour included visits to the library, laboratory, and Nailekhanim Culture Center, where the guests received comprehensive explanations about the exhibits showcasing the life and contributions of the distinguished educator Nailekhanim Isayeva.
On March 7, Adile Ozen, the student accounting manager of Koch University, Pırlanta Gelani, assistant student accountant specialist, and Laman Vurgun, the chief accountant of Khazar University, as well as Taliya Huseynzade, held an event on the Knowledge Exchange on Student Accounting. Later, the School of Economics and Management, as well as Public Relations and Media Office were visited.
In the continuation of the program, excursions to "Ateshgah Temple" State Historical-Architecture Reserve and "Yanardag" State Historical-Cultural and Nature Reserve were organized. After the program, the delegation was presented with a certificate and a gift.
