On November 3, 2023, the problems of teaching the Chinese language were discussed in the Department of Languages and Literatures. The head of the department Assoc. Prof. Dilbar Zeynalova, highlighted the issues faced during the teaching of this language across different majors at the university and proposed viable solutions.

In the meeting, Chinese language instructors Wan Dan, Wei Mengjie, Yin Qingai, and Zhang Jiaojiao shared perspectives on students' engagement with the subject and discussed the difficulties faced during the teaching process. The meeting concluded with a decision to facilitate the exchange of experiences among teachers of other foreign languages within the department (such as German and French) and to enhance teaching tools, forms, and methodologies.
