On October 13, 2023, the lecturer of the Department of Languages and Literatures of Khazar University, Assoc. Prof. Aynur Gazanfargizi, delivered a speech on the topic "Characteristic features of Azerbaijani folklore" in the class of "Folk Literature of the Turkic World" of Dr. Nilgün Aydın at Selcuk University (Türkiye).

In her speech, the researcher emphasized that Azerbaijani folklore is a part of all-Turkic folklore, then differences arose in Azerbaijani and Turkish folklore as a result of geographical and historical influences, she drew attention to the peculiarities of types and genres, styles and divisions, differences in terms. At the end, the speaker answered the students ' questions.
