On September 11, 2023, Prof. Acad Hamlet Isakhanli, founder of Khazar University and chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees met with Dr.Francisco Gutierrez, a member of the "Cintana Education" project.

The meeting was attended by Khazar University administration – rector Irada Khalilova, vice-rectors and faculty deans. During the event, Francisco Gutierrez was introduced to the University, future prospects and development directions were discussed, and a cooperation agreement was signed at the end.
