On May 27, 2023, the second-year students of Khazar University's Department of Geography and Environment held a training class on the subject "Meteorology and Climate Science" (subject instructor Javid Huseynov) at the National Hydrometeorological Service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

The students were given detailed information about the hydrometeorological observation network, early warning systems, devices and equipment used in hydrometeorological stations, processing of observational data, preparation and transmission of forecasts and warnings in the training, which was also attended by specialists of the National Hydrometeorological Service.

In the end, the instructor Javid Huseynov thanked the management of the Service for effective cooperation and the conditions created.
