On May 25, 2023, an event dedicated to the 105th anniversary of the establishment of the Azerbaijan People's Republic was held at the initiative of Professor Nasiman Yagublu, the lecturer of the History and Archeology Department of Khazar University.

Nasiman Yagublu and Alovsat Amirbeyli, director of Public Relations and Media at Khazar University, as well as students of the department made speeches on the topic. The speeches provided detailed information about the leading personalities of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic and their political and social activities.
