On May 25, 2023, the founder of Khazar University, the chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, professor, academician Hamlet Isakhanli met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan Alim Bayel. Honored artist Jeyhun Allahverdiyev also participated in the meeting.

During the meeting, mutual development of scientific and cultural directions, as well as the scientific activities of Khazar University were discussed. They also talked about the ballet "Taj Mahal" composed by Jeyhun Allahverdiyev, the libretto of which belongs to Hamlet Isakhanli.
