On May 8-12, 2023, Serkan Yolsal, deputy director of the General Department of Istanbul Aydın University, Selman Sach, researcher of the Department of Politics of Kutahya DumlupınarUniversity, and Gencay Tepe, researcher of the Business Faculty of Manisa Celal Bayar University visited the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, the School of Economics and Management and the International Relations Office of Khazar University within the framework of the Erasmus+ Staff Exchange Program (Erasmus+ KA107171).

On the first day of the program, an introductory meeting was held with Turkish professors and teachers with the participation of vice-rector for International Relations Vlad Vernygora, dean of the School of Economics and Management Jeyhun Mammadov, director of Public Relations and Media AlovsatAmirbeyli, head of the Department of English Language and Literature Milana Abbasova, deputy director of the Library Information Center  LIC), Aytaj Misgarli, coordinators of the International Relations Office Fatima Valiyeva, Arzu Badalovaand Turan Alizade. At the meeting, Vlad Vernygora gave detailed information about Khazar University. The representatives of the universities demonstrated a video about their universities.

According to the program, the deputy director of LIC AytacMisgarli introduced the guests to the activities of the center. In the Nailekhanim Cultural Center, they were given detailed information about the exhibits reflecting the life and activities of the outstanding educator Nailekhanim Isayeva. Then the head of Physics and Electronics Department, Farida Tatardar, introduced the guests to the activities of the department and the laboratory.

On the second day of the program, a meeting was held with the head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy, Orkhan Valiyev, and the guests received detailed information about the department. They participated as listeners in the "Ethnopsychology of European countries" class of the lecturer of the department, Baba Bayramov, and informed the students about the university where they work and its programs.

Then the guests went on an excursion to the "Ateshgah Temple" State Historical-Architectural Reserve. Asmar Pashayeva and Sima Rahimova, students who studied at Istanbul AydınUniversity and Manisa Celal Bayar University for 1 semester under Khazar University's Erasmus+ student exchange program, also participated in the excursion.

In the following days, the dean of the School of Economics and Management, Jeyhun Mammadov, informed about the activities of the school and conducted negotiations in the direction of interdepartmental cooperation between the two universities.

The guests visited the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, and the dean Elza Samadova gave information about the activities of the school and the issue of cooperation was discussed. The coordinators of the International Relations office gave information about the office and its activities to the delegation.

At the end of the program, a certificate and a gift were presented to the delegation.
