On April 27, 2023, the 77th session of the traditional Assembly of Science and Art on the topic "Nariman Narimanov: politics and personality" was held at the Downtown Campus of Khazar University with the participation of historians and literary scholars, specialists, and political scientists.

The founder of the University, chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, professor, academician Hamlet Isakhanli made an introductory speech to the topic and gave the floor to the speaker - the head of the History Department of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, professor Firdovsiya Ahmadova.

After an extensive and comprehensive report by a well-known historian scientist, in the question-and-answer session and discussions, Shahin Fazil (Institute of History of ANAS), Solmaz Tohidi, Farda Asadov (Institute of Oriental Studies of ANAS), Irada Musayeva (Administration of State Historical and Architectural Reserve of Icheri Sheher), Orkhan Valiyev (Khazar University) and others spoke and expressed their opinions.

In the end, H.Isakhanli thanked Professor Firdovsiyya Ahmadova for the insightful report and the participants for the interesting discussion.
