On March 29, 2023, a meeting of Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) was held.

Raziya Isayeva, director of the Development Center, represented Khazar University at the meeting with the participation of six experts and shared her advice about the Knowledge Triangle and the 3-level education system, which she is an expert in. At the same time, Raziya Isayeva expressed her opinion on the application and implementation of HERE reforms at the institutional level.

Note that the goal of the national teams of Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) is to gain experience in certain areas in order to promote and develop progress towards the goals of Lisbon and Bologna. Within these broad objectives, the national team, among other activities, should advise higher education institutions on the following areas:

Quality Assurance (internal and external) 3-level education system: educational reforms, national and European qualification selection frameworks (NQF / EQF), Recognition of Degrees (AKTS, Diploma Supplement, Europass, Lisbon Recognition Convention).
