On February 28, 2023, the Department of Psychology at Khazar University held a meeting of students with Fullbright Scholarship teacher Dr. Elnur Gajiev from the University of Hawaii in America.

At the meeting, Dr. Elnur Gajiev told the students about his experience of educational life, modern approaches in psychology and development prospects. A practical study was also conducted related to the internal awareness of students. Dr. Elnur Gajiev answered many of the students' questions, and recommendations were given regarding future plans.
