The textbook "Introduction to the use of renewable energy resources" co-authored by Rovshan Abbasov, head of the Geography and Environment Department, was published with the financial assistance of BP.

The textbook is a product of the joint work of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) and Khazar University, and it is mentioned in the book.

Another co-author is the staff member of BHOS Elmar Gasimov.

Both the textbook and the program of the same name received the seal of the Ministry of Science and Education.
