On January 27, 2023 the Department of English Language and Literature held a workshop on “Linguistic and cultural differences in translation”. The workshop was conducted by a Director of Ragi LLC Translation Company Israfil Khakiyev.

The workshop was attended by the staff members of the department, students and guest participants from different institutions of Azerbaijan.

In the workshop, a presentation was delivered, participants were informed about key issues of translation. As it was an interactive workshop the participants were also engaged and shared their valuable ideas.
