On January 31, 2023, a two-session informative seminar was held at Khazar University within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "Establishment of the Conference of Rectors in Azerbaijan" (ECAR).

The seminar was carried out under the coordination of Baku Business University, with the financial support of the European Commission and the partnership of Khazar University.

Local and foreign students of the university attended the first part of the seminar while academic and administrative staff of the university participated in the second part. Vlad Vernygora, vice-rector for International Relations and the project member of the committee on Internationalization in Higher Education, made a presentation at the event organized jointly by the International Office and Development Center. He spoke about the work done and plans within the framework of the project along with the main goal of the project.

Then the participants were informed about the visits made within the project and the topics discussed during the visits.

The meeting concluded with a question-and-answer session.
