Representatives of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) of Azerbaijan are holding a protest near the post of Russian peacekeepers in Shusha against the refusal of Azerbaijani experts to enter the area to monitor the illegal exploitation of deposits. Note that the protest "Let's say NO to environmental terrorism" on the Lachin-Khankendi road is still going on.
Shahin Aliyev, a student of Khazar University's School of Economics and Management, chairman of "Everlasting Unity" Youth Public Union, has also participated in that protest.
Shahin Aliyev says: "I am already in Baku. Participating in the righteous struggle in our blessed Shusha was a proud for me. We are only peacefully demanding our rights, and we want the world to be with us in this just cause. We are ready to give our lives and blood, if necessary for the Motherland. It instils an even greater sense of courage when we imagine that in the future, we will be able to read about the patriotic youth's struggle for the Motherland in history books.
Mr. President's message of thanks to the youth strengthened our feelings of patriotism, our motivation and energy reached the highest level. "I am proud of you, I participated in the April battles, the Second Karabakh war. We won. I am even happier when I see your determination," he said. How can you not be proud to hear these words?!
I wish perseverance, struggle and endurance to all our brothers and sisters to whom we have passed the baton and who are participating in the protest on the Lachin-Khankendi road. Very soon we will wave our blessed flag in Khankendi.
I am with my homeland, my state, my people!”
