On January 24, 2022, Kirshehir Governor Hüdayar Mete Buhara received the delegation of Khazar University and expressed his pleasure to see Khazar University students in Kirshehir.

Governor Hüdayar Mete Buhara said that he is of Turkmen descent, he immigrated to Türkiye in the 30s, he has worked in various government positions and he loves Azerbaijan very much. He asked the students about their impressions of Türkiye and Kirshehir, which faculties they studied at. Governor Hüdayar Mete Buhara spoke excitedly about the 44-day war, showing the map of Azerbaijan virtually on the big screen, where he got acquainted with the liberated regions of Azerbaijan.
