"Anadolu" news agency published an article about Telman Nusratoghlu

On January 17, 2023, Türkiye's famous "Anadolu" news agency published an article about Telman Nusratoghlu, head of the Department of History and Archeology of Khazar University, doctor of philosophy in history. In the article, it is emphasized that T.Nusratoghlu, who was among the first students sent from Azerbaijan to Türkiye in 1992 as part of the project called "Great Student Project" of the Republic of Türkiye, received a doctorate degree in 2016 in the History Department of the Faculty of Literature of Istanbul University.

The article also mentions that the scientist is the head of the think tank of the Turkish Islamic Research Center and the head of the History and Archeology Department of Khazar University.

The article also includes an interview with T.Nusratoglu. The scientist emphasized that the fraternal relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan based on the principles of "One Nation - Two States" are being comprehensively developed with the "Shusha Declaration".
