In the article, it is emphasized that T.Nusratoghlu, who was among the first students sent from Azerbaijan to Türkiye in 1992 as part of the project called "Great Student Project" of the Republic of Türkiye, received a doctorate degree in 2016 in the History Department of the Faculty of Literature of Istanbul University.
