The chapter written by the lecturer of the Department of Languages and Literatures, Khazar University, Ph.D. in Philology, Assoc.Prof. Zivar Huseynli Baylan entitled "Five historical sources in Persian important for Turkish historiography of the Timurid period" was published in an electronic book (p. 331-371) “East-west oriented history-geography studies in the post-Islamic Turkish world”. The author gave extensive information about five of the Persian-language historical sources written during the Timurid era and wrote about the importance of those works for Turkish historiography.

The book was published by "Demavend" publishing house in December 2022 in three volumes under the editorship of Berna Karagozoghlu, Ph.D. in Philology.
